Gigi is not yet publicly available. This website currently lets you read about Gigi and join a waitlist. These terms cover that use. When the app launches, we will publish fuller terms covering accounts, the app itself, and any paid features, and we will ask you to review them before you use it.
These terms are an agreement between you and Gigi ("Gigi", "we", "us") governing your use of this website and the waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Gigi. It does not create an account, guarantee access, or commit you to anything. We may open access in stages and in an order of our choosing, and we cannot promise a place or a date.
You agree to provide an email address that is yours and that you are entitled to use.
If you join the waitlist, we will email you when a place opens, along with occasional updates directly related to the launch. We will not sell your address or use it for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to remove you at any time using the contact details below, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

The text, design, logo, imagery and branding on this site belong to Gigi or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Joining the waitlist gives you no rights over them.
This is a pre-launch website. We provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, and we may change, pause, or withdraw any part of it, including the waitlist, at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Gigi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as Gigi develops. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Gigi operates. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
